Conference Theme: QUR’AN’S UNIVERSAL MESSAGE
It is in human nature to seek the origin of creation and the light that illumines all shadows. The quest for Allah is at the root of all human desires and actions. The prophets and messengers were the links between the all-pervading light of the unseen and human endeavours.
The Qur’an is the most complete and authentic revealed book that covers all creational patterns, known and unknown. In today’s so-called advance civilization, reference to the Qur’an can lead us to a more wholesome life on earth.
Programme
The Conference officially starts on Friday, March 5th, preceded by a Dhikr programme in the evening of Thursday, March 4th, after the maghreb prayer.
The Conference talks will include topics, such as “The Transformative Power of the Qur’an”, “Ibn Arabi’s Qur’an”, “Discovery of the Qur’an in the West”, and “The Gnostic Qur’an”, among other themes. Apart from Shaykh Fadhlalla Haeri and Shaykh Hosam Raouf, there will be several other accomplished speakers.

We live in an age where the meaning and purpose of mankind has been obscured in the glut of materialism. Both east and west have been overwhelmed by a savage and ruthless system that channels man’s energy and focus away from his divinely intended purpose, making him a servant to the lowest aspects of himself. Man’s true destiny is a being of inner light and outer balance. The only way to antidote the influence of this scourge upon mankind is to awaken the heart to it’s divinely intended purpose.
It is the intention of the editors of nuradeen.com, that this site serve as a forum and resource for those who wish to escape the tyranny of this dominating system and purify themselves of it’s presence both inwardly and outwardly. We recognize that the world is a reflection of ourselves and that the beginning of outer change is inner change. We are the people of the middle way. Whether it be from the direction of inner purification or attention to the outer creation, we are dedicated, committed and submitted to discovering and uncovering the appropriate and enlightened way of life for this time.
It is our hope and prayer that this site will serve as part of the movement to enlighten mankind, in the knowledge and joy that comes from knowing that we have come from Allah, we live by Allah and to Him is the final return.
